Hobbies: Walking with my dogs, I try and make time for reading, I enjoy watching good drama and film, listening to music and jigsaws!

Background: I’ve enjoyed a long and varied career, building a portfolio of work independently in Wales as a performer, bilingual choreographer, workshop facilitator and movement director in education, community, theatre and television. I’m creator and trainer of Sensing Welsh, supporting the development of bilingual practice through the body and creator and performer of Sounds like an Adventure! a performance and workshop project that supports the development of language through the body, with nursery children. I’m a mentor with Equal Power Equal Voice and the Creative Leadership programme. I’ve contributed to several Arts boards and advisory groups, including Disability Arts Cymru, Bombastic, and National Youth Arts Wales. I currently hold the position of Chair with Ballet Cymru.
