Our Home to Home project was funded by Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Boards, Transformation Programme 2020/2021.

The project was delivered in 3 Stages to include:

1. Masks & masquerades,

2. Cadwyn dawns (Dance chain)

3. Cadwyn cerdd (Poem Chain)

Our freelance professional community artists helped to deliver a programme of online, postal, and post-lockdown activities to give the community opportunities of support & a feeling of togetherness during Covid-19.

Participants had lots of opportunities to get involved such as weekly mask making tutorials, dance creation opportunities and creative writing tasks. We are currently in the process of producing a digital exhibition to share with participants and the wider community to showcase the wonderful work carried out by this project in lockdown.
