Introducing Creative Pathways and the YMa Creative Caffi
RCT360 is a dynamic local partnership of specialist providers with the aim of increasing opportunities for people in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This partnership will pilot new, collaborative working methods where each partner will provide bespoke intervention(s) to complement mainstream back-to-work provisions in the borough. Our collective goal is to help people, from school leavers to older adults, level-up their prospects of engaging with education, employment or training opportunities.
Creative Pathways is a part of the RCT360 programme This FREE learning programme will be delivered by Artis Community Cymuned that offers exciting opportunities that support the development of participant skills and a creative pathway into employment. Creative Pathways will offer free workshops, master-classes, training, mentoring, creative conversations, networking events, and more that focuses on your individual professional development needs as well as key skills sharing in group sessions.
Creative Caffi YMa will be a chance to come together weekly, to explore, network, share skills and learning, and create together. You will gain employability skills and receive training opportunities which are relevant to you and your creative pathway.
The use of all equipment and materials will be available at the sessions.
