Artis Outdoors – Intergenerational Sensory Art Exploration

Thursday 28th of October, 10:15am to 12:15pm

In this workshop we will explore and respond to the various landscapes in nature that we may miss out on day to day.

We will be using our senses as we explore and re-create the elements found outdoors, utilising found objects for pattern making and mix media collage.

Introducing the concept Look Again Mindful Photography, participants will meet the facilitator and learn about the purpose of using frames to “look again” and tune in to our environment.

Participants will have time to create their own frames which they will use to see through. The frames can be of any shape and they will have freedom to explore with different materials to create their own unique frame, such as sticks, paper/card and willow.

Make sure to wrap up warm in your winter clothes!
