Artis Community Cymuned would like to thank everyone who has taken part in our online classes and workshops during lockdown and the summer months. Over 12,000 people have engaged with our work during this time and as we countdown to our new autumn season of events, which begin on Monday 28th of September, we want to give you an update on what the next few months will look like.
Artis Community Cymuned is very much open for business, albeit in a remote capacity, and we’re excited to continue providing workshops and classes online this autumn. We are also closely monitoring government guidance and working with our key partners to develop a plan for arts delivery in Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil on a face to face basis, as we look towards the future.
The health and safety of those accessing and delivering our services is our top priority and whilst we explore all possible ways to introduce live sessions and classes in person, we understand that it is essential that we take all reasonable, practical steps to ensure the safety of tutors and participants alike to minimise risk of infection and help stop the spread of coronavirus.
We have just announced our full programme of online autumn classes and events, with further announcements to follow on any potential ‘in person’ options. So please watch this space!
Artis Community Cymuned staff are always on hand to answer any questions, even if we’re remote working, so please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling during office hours on 01443 490390 and we will be delighted to answer your queries.
We are more determined than ever to build resilience and positivity in our communities through the arts, both digitally and, hopefully, in person very soon. Thank you again for your continued support!
Many best wishes and stay safe,
The team and board at Artis Community Cymuned.
